dc.description.abstract | The target of this project was to analyse how HRSG’s are constructed, with the main focus on the materials used in order to maximize heat transfer efficiency. We considered standard arrangement in HRSG’s. The one of the task was to propose different solutions for the construction of the pipes which integrate the system where the heat transfer occur. Then, different solutions were compared. It’s important to say that not only high efficiency issues were taken into acccount, but also durability, cost of materials and environmental impact in order to choose the optimal solution. In this project it has been considered a Triple Pressure Horizontal HRSG, with the HP Stage, IP Stage and the LP Stage. Each stage consists of the Economizer, the Evaporator, and the Superheater. | es_ES |
