Plan de autoprotección y fichas para su gestión en edificio de oficinas del parque empresarial TACTICA, Paterna (Valencia)

Abstract

[EN] The objective of this Final Master’s Thesis is to elaborate a Plan of Auto-protection for the office building TÁCTICO, located in the business park TÁCTICA (Paterna – Valencia). For the correct development of this present Plan of Auto-protection the valid standard regulations have been used. Throughout this standard one had to emphasize Royal Decree 393/2007, of 23rd March, in which is established the outline which one has to follow for the current development of a plan of autoprotection, Royal Decree 1468/2008, of 5th September, Law 2/1985, of 21st January, concerning Civil Protection, and Law 31/1995, of 8th prevention of occupational risks. As well as the regulatory standard, one has also consulted many auto-protection plans which have served to support the composition of this Final Master’s Thesis. The work has been divided into three parts. In the first, the academic side of the work is shown, in which are established the objectives, the regulatory and personal justification, the methodology, the documentary sources, the activities carried out, their results and the conclusions reached in which the condition of the building is appraised and improvements are proposed. In the second part the auto-protection plan is developed. This document is entrusted with organising the protection and security inside the building, establishing protocols of action in case of emergencies and ensuring that the building and its occupants are completely prepared in knowing how to act against any risk situation and that this action will end it in the most organised and secure way possible. In the third part data sheet are developed to facilitate the management of the Plan.

[ES] El objetivo de la Tesis Fin de Máster es la elaboración, el estudio y la redacción del Plan de Autoprotección del Edificio de Oficinas TÁCTICO, situado en el Parque Empresarial TÁCTICA (Paterna – Valencia). Para la correcta elaboración del presente Plan de Autoprotección se ha utilizado la normativa reguladora vigente. Entre toda esta normativa hay que destacar el Real Decreto 393/2007, de 23 de marzo, en el que se establece el guión que se ha de seguir para la correcta elaboración de un Plan de Autoprotección, el Real Decreto 1468/2008, de 5 de Septiembre, la Ley 2/1985, de 21 de enero, sobre Protección civil y La Ley 31/1995, de 8 de noviembre de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Además de la normativa reguladora, también se han consultado diversos Planes de Autoprotección que han servido de apoyo para la redacción de esta Tesis Fin de Máster. El trabajo se ha dividido en tres partes. La primera contiene la parte académica del trabajo y en ella se establecen los objetivos, la justificación normativa y personal, la metodología, las fuentes documentales, las actividades realizadas, sus resultados y las conclusiones obtenidas de la realización del trabajo. En la segunda parte se desarrolla el Plan de Autoprotección, tal como establece la norma. Este documento tiene como objetivo el conseguir organizar la protección y la seguridad dentro del edificio, estableciendo protocolos de actuación en caso de emergencias y servir de guía para adecuar el edificio y formar a sus ocupantes para que estén preparados para saber actuar ante cualquier situación de riesgo y que esta actuación terminará de la forma mas organizada y segura posible. En la tercera se desarrollan fichas para facilitar la gestión del Plan.
