DISEÑO DE UNA HERRAMIENTA PARA LA PLANIFICACIÓN Y GESTIÓN DEL MANTENIMIENTO PREVENTIVO EN UNA FÁBRICA DE HELADOS

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo final de grado tiene como objetivo el diseño de una herramienta de soporte para la gestión y planificación del mantenimiento preventivo en una fábrica de helados.

La necesidad de este TFG se justifica por el gran porcentaje de averías presente en la empresa. Con una correcta y eficiente gestión del mantenimiento preventivo se pretende reducir el porcentaje de averías, aumentando las horas de operación de la fábrica. Esto permitirá a la empresa un ahorro importante en cuanto a costes, reduciendo así el coste unitario del producto lo cual redundará en un aumento del beneficio (siempre y cuando se mantenga el precio de venta del producto en el mercado).

A día de hoy, esta fábrica de helados es la empresa de mayor producción de helados a nivel nacional, pero no la que más beneficio consigue. Por tanto, a largo plazo y con una correcta aplicación, este TFG podría influir directamente en la cuenta de resultados de la empresa.

[EN] This final project has as a main objective the design of a new tool in order to make easier the planning and the management of the preventive maintenance in an ice cream factory. This project has been developed because of the big amount of breakdowns in this company. With a correct and efficient management of the preventive maintenance, the company will try to reduce this failure rate, increasing the operative hours of the factory. This fact will let the company have a large cost savings, reducing the unit cost of the product and increasing the final benefit (provided that the PVP of the product is kept in the market). In the past, the workers of the preventive maintenance department had total freedom to check the elements of the line of production which they considered, without taking into account some key factors such as the hours which this element had been without being checked and the time that one specific point had been without inspections. This new tool is capable of reporting the exactly points of one line of production which have to be checked during one week, increasing the efficiency of the workers and making their work easier. Currently, this ice factory is the biggest one in the production of ice creams in Spain, but it is not the one which gets the greatest benefit. Therefore, in a long term and with a correct application, this final project could affect positively and directly in the income statement of the company
