dc.description.abstract [EN] The first objective of this work is to be able to generate a virtual configuration that allow us to simulate, using the software, a combustion in the same way that it occurs in an internal combustion engine. Once this objective is accomplished, the next step is to simulate the experiments realized by M. Pöschl [6] at the Technic University of Munich in a rapid compression machine (described in article [7]) using the software FIRE Workflow Manager developed by AVL. In this work the experiments are going to be run with the previously mentioned software, and the results are going to be compared with the ones obtained by M. Pöschl at the rapid compression machine and see if our results are those that are similar as the ones obtained in the RCM. Our Objectives are to simulate all the cases run in the rapid compression machine using our software and see if our results are corresponded with those that were obtained. es_ES
