dc.description.abstract | [ES] In this report we have studied how to improve and to reduce the electric cost of the warehouses As/Rs. First of all, we have investigated which are the distribution spends. We have seen that the conveyors and As/Rs machine have the highest cost. For that reason, the aim for improving warehouses is the technology machine and the configuration load. Because of our goal is to reduce on electric costs we can do it in different ways, but the principals are: “reduce time travel” and “improve machines, conveyors and the rest of things with electric motor”. Secondly, we have shown and classified the warehouses in two groups: manual warehouse and automatic warehouse. In addition, we have written advantage and disadvantages of every kind of warehouse and their handing vehicles. Thirdly, the principal approach is studying more investigation reports. The principal topic has been the cost electric in warehouses As/Rs but we have searched others as optimum rack design, As/Rs efficient machine, or best configuration of load into the rack. Finally, we will conclude the project with different reports evaluation that we will explain and which can implement. The most important part is that we can change a normal machine Ar/Rs into a machine Ar/Rs 3D. Another important aspect is to analyse the effective speed in As/Rs machine. We also think in an alternative joining and applying some reports with Photovoltaic Panels. The future job will be simulate every alternative and try to apply the best one. | es_ES |
