dc.description.abstract [EN] The military community is redefining the way wars will be fought in the future, evolving toward a network-centric warfare (NCW) paradigm. In this paradigm, force is improved through the extensive use of the communications network and information sharing and fusion, with the main goal to achieve information superiority on the battlefield and gain agility and assure mission effectiveness. The key component to fuse all the information and distribute it to the appropriate destination is an adequate command and control (C2) tool, supported by a tactical communications network es_ES
