dc.description.abstract | The main goal of this research is to give an answer to each one who has thought what would be the maximum - or minimum - distances and angles that would be able to print in a low-cost printer. Many times people want to buy or build a low-cost 3D printer to print every model or piece they imagine. When they get the printer, disappointments come to them when they observe the results, and these are not as they expected. In order to be more accurately in the design of the models that will be printed, problematical geometries have to be tested and improved, limits have to be defined and it must be able to assure the models that fulfil those limits will have a good result once they are printed. Other purpose is that through this research and the outcome of it, more improvements for the design of the machine could be developed. Discovering what are the critical points of printing such a complex geometries for this kind of technology, solutions would be easier to develop. | es_ES |
