dc.description.abstract The aim of this project is to install a motion controlled lighting system in the university building in order to improve the energy of the building. Using light only when needed is an easy way to save on the energy bills. Besides motion detector controlled lightning increases safety and comfort while saving energy and money. The technology that we need to install this system is a passive infrared motion detector (PIR), this device reacts to body temperature in combination with motion. It provides light automatically when –and only when- someone needs it providing an easy way to save energy. es_ES
