COMPOSICIÓN Y CONSTRUCCIÓN PICTÓRICA. OBRA PERSONA

Abstract

[EN] This work became from the personal aim of connect the artistic practices with the society of the moment. We live in inestable time at political and economical level, that are reflected in a social unsatisfaction with the system. The protests have place every day and the mass media transmit constantly images and speeches, so the social fights are now another element of the urban landscape. This project, starting from the analysis of the current Spanish claims, pretends to generate a critical point of view about the management of this conflicts by the government and the manipulator paper of the media. For this objective, have been investigated the most notorious conflicts, their evolution and apparition on the media, taking place finally in collages with information and photographies that make together the archive of social dissatisfaction. Attending to the new media and the Internet culture, for update the concept of artistic archive, will be showed not only physically but, in an online format too.

[ES] Este trabajo surge de la motivación personal por conectar el arte con la sociedad del momento. Vivimos tiempos convulsos a nivel político y económico que se traducen en una insatisfacción con el sistema por parte de los ciudadanos. Las protestas sociales están a la orden del día y los medios de comunicación emiten constantemente imágenes y discursos, de manera que las luchas sociales han pasado a ser un elemento más del paisaje urbano. Con este proyecto, tomando como punto de análisis las reivindicaciones de la España actual, se pretende generar una mirada crítica a cerca de la gestión del estado de éstos y el papel manipulador de los medios de masas. Para ello, se han investigado los más notorios conflictos, tanto su evolución como su aparición en los diferentes medios tradicionales, dando lugar a collages informativos y fotográficos que juntos generan el archivo del descontento social. Atendiendo a los nuevos medios y la cultura de internet, se ha pretendido actualizar el concepto de archivo artístico, presentándolo no solo físicamente, sino también en formato on-line.
