dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research study is to verify whether it is feasible to open a new office of a Spanish consultant, called Harmony, in the city of Stockholm. This is a relatively young consultancy that is expanding its vision and plans to expand in a few years, both for Spain and for the rest of Europe. It will review the business of consulting over the years, such the current situation. In addition will talk about the company Harmony and its main assets, how its extensive knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Supply Change Management. Also developed two of the most important techniques of market research such as the Bench Marketing and Porter's Five Forces and will perform a study of markets that affect us, that is the European market and in particular the Swedish market . There will also be a study of the Spanish market to get an idea of the situation in which our company is located. The following will perform a comparative study of the major consultancies, both in Spain and Sweden, those that involve more direct competition for our company. Once done the comparative study, and by the model of Porter's Five Forces, we will analyze that aspects are the aspects that make that a consultant can work in a particular place. With this information we can have a conclusion about whether the opening of the new office in Stockholm, would be a good business or if otherwise not be economically viable. es_ES
