Desarrollo de productos de hormigón de muy alto rendimiento por conformado durante el proceso de fraguado

[EN] With this work the behavior of very high performance concrete is investigated when placed in flexible molds and fold it once it has started its setting. It is about knowing how affects the very high performance concrete fiber reinforced the fact of apply a motion after its made, giving a degree of curvature and see if it influences its resistance and finish. Conclusions will be obtained about the influence of the time when the shaping occurs about the evolution of the mechanical properties. Likewise will be analyzed the influence of the setting accelerating admixtures in the final characteristics of the plates manufactured in this way.

[ES] Con este trabajo se investiga el comportamiento del hormigón de muy altas prestaciones al colocarlo en moldes flexibles y realizar su doblado una vez haya iniciado su fraguado. Se trata de conocer cómo afecta al hormigón de muy altas prestaciones reforzado con fibras el hecho de aplicarle un movimiento, después de fabricado, dándole así un grado de curvatura y si esto influye en su resistencia y acabado. Se obtendrán conclusiones sobre la influencia del momento en el que se produce el conformado sobre la evolución de las características mecánicas. Asimismo se analizará la influencia de los aditivos acelerantes de fraguado, en las características finales de las placas fabricadas de este modo
