Abstract

[ES] En los últimos años se está fomentando las nuevas tecnologías y soluciones para el mejor uso y optimización de las instalaciones existentes, mejora en la comunicación, control de generadores y cargas energéticas y nuevos servicios en servicios y mejoras de eficiencia energética. Todo ello se ha llegado a denominar de una manera genérica como “Smart Grids”, y afecta directamente sobre los núcleos edificados y nuevas planificaciones urbanísticas. En este artículo se presenta un estudio sobre la interacción de las Smart Grids sobre los núcleos urbanos, incidencia, problemática y consideraciones a tener en cuenta, para las tendencias que se están desarrollando y que serán de aplicación en un futuro cercano. Este artículo introduce sobre las Smart Grids, los factores para la correcta aplicación a la construcción, finalizando con un análisis sobre los puntos fundamentales para su aplicación indicando las recomendaciones, ventajas e inconvenientes en su aplicación en la edificación.
