[EN] The impact that new technologies have had with the head internet in our daily lives leads people towards a new revolution in the economic and social scenario. A smartphone is a powerful miniature computer that allows internet access, establishing itself as a device for mass use. This article discusses how ICTs incorporated into a system of modern, mobile, multimodal high-speed communication, paving the way for improving safety, health, information and entertainment, all accessible from anywhere, hour.
