Diseño y desarrollo de la intranet de SedaLáser

Abstract

[ES] La empresa SedaLáser tiene como principal área de negocio la depilación de vello en centros de estética. El departamento de sistemas de esta empresa ha detectado problemas de coordinación y servicio provocados por su actual manera de organizar las agendas de trabajo entre los trabajadores y los centros de estética. La motivación principal de este proyecto es la de proporcionar una herramienta que facilite la gestión de las agendas de trabajo por parte de SedaLáser. Para ello, se especifican los requisitos, se realiza un análisis del problema, se realiza un diseño de la solución y se implementa finalmente la aplicación. Se utiliza una interfaz usable e independiente de la plataforma accesible para un amplio rango de niveles de usuario, ya que será usada por muchos centros de estética distintos. En este proyecto se desarrollan competencias en el ámbito del diseño web. Concretamente, con el objetivo de desarrollar una aplicación web para la gestión de agendas electrónicas, se hace uso de lenguajes y tecnologías web necesarias para el desarrollo de la misma. En particular, se hace uso de lenguajes de programación y marcado interpretados por los clientes web (HTML, CSS y JavaScript) y lenguajes interpretados en el servidor web (PHP y SQL). Además, se hace uso de frameworks que facilitan y estructuran el desarrollo: Kohana para el servidor web y Bootstrap para el cliente web.

[EN] The SedaLáser company takes the hair removal on beauty salons as main area of bussiness. The IT department of the company has detected issues of coordination and service caused by their current way of organizing the work agendas between workers and beauty salons. The main motivation of this project is to provide a tool that makes easier the management of the work agendas by SedaLáser. To that end, the requeriments are specified, an analysis of the problem is done, a design of the solution is done and the application is implemented finally. It is used an usable and platform-independent interface that is accesible for a wide range of user levels, since it will be used by many different beauty salons. On this project, the competences of the web design field are developed. Concretely, with the objective of developing a web application for managing electronic agendas, languages and web technologies necessary for the development are used. In particular, it uses programming and markup languages interpreted by wzxeb clients (HTML, CSS & JavaScript), besides languages interpreted by web servers (PHP & SQL). Furthermore, frameworks are used to make easier and structure the development: Kohana to the web server and Bootstrap to the web client.
