Menores migrantes no acompañados: víctimas o infractores

Abstract

[EN] This essay is about the issue of migrant offender minors. These children are caught in the double problematic of being immigrants and beinglaw offenders. This is a problem because of the social treatment they suffer those who have been through these kinds of situations (such as the whole migration process and the mentoring in the juvenile centers). We want to shed light on these situationsexplaining them briefly to know: the reality that these children face (the treatment they receive from the Minor Responsibility Law, the Law on Foreigners and the social services of the Autonomous Community of Valencia), the day-to-day problems they face and their possible consequences. [ES] El tema del que trata este ensayo es el fenómeno de los menores migrantes infractores. Estos niños tienen una doble problemática: ser inmigrantes y ser infractores. Es una problemática por el trato social que aún sufren aquellos que han pasado o pasan por esas situaciones (tales como la inmigración en sí como la tutela en centros de menores). Queremos desenmascarar estas situaciones explicándolas brevemente para conocer: la realidad de estos niños (el trato que reciben en la Ley de Responsabilidad del Menor, en la Ley de Extranjería y el trato que reciben por parte de los servicios sociales de la Comunidad Valenciana), los problemas con los que se encuentran día a día y cuáles son las posibles consecuencias.
