LA IMPORTANCIA DEL PROCESO CREATIVO. Punto de inflexión en torno al arte actual a través de propuestas escultóricas y gráficas

Abstract

[EN] Currently, our consumer society is making everything to be consumed as just one more product, like mass production and without development, encompassing from the human being to the art world. The artistic process in todays art is disappearing. Within this theoretical-practical project, the approach to the process in todays art and its impact in the final result will be seen, through the study of several cases of different environment artists, among other strategies. Furthermore, this theory is supported by means of an artistic production carried out during the Masters Degree in Artistic Production, showing all the time the importance of the process, from both technical and conceptual viewpoints.

[ES] Actualmente nuestra sociedad y su poder consumista está haciendo que todo sea consumido como un proyecto más, en serie y sin proceso, abarcando desde el ser humano hasta el mundo del arte. El proceso artístico en el arte actual está en creciente desaparición. En este trabajo teórico-práctico observaremos, mediante el estudio de diferentes casos de artistas de diversos ámbitos, cómo se plantea el tema del proceso en el arte actual, y si esto está afectando al resultado u obra final. Además, y como conclusión a esta práctica teórica, se apoya esta teoría mediante una producción artística dejando ver en todo momento la importancia del proceso, tanto desde un punto de vista técnico como conceptual.
