dc.description.abstract [EN] The objective of this project is study the viability, by a prototype, of an acceleration measuring device and its application at contact sports such as boxing, MMA, karate, capoeira, etc. As prototype we are going to use the SensorTag Development Kit (CC2650STK) from Texas Instruments. This kit has multiple sensors, but we are going to use only its accelerometer sensor as well its Bluetooth technology. An android app will be also developed, responsible of the communication with the sensor and the processing, analysis and graphical representation of relevant information needed. As a final part of the project, a viable commercial wearable with the needed specifications will be designed. es_ES
