Abstract

[EN] This work titled Black Snow, is developing a complete illustrated book, in - cluding the creation of the history, the artwork based on the text, and subse - quent treatment related with the editorial design. Therefore, it is a job which tries to get a professional finish result, focused on the publishing world, and where I can capture some of the skills and resources acquired during the four-year of career in Fine Arts. The project report consists of two main parts: first, we will discuss the pre-production, focusing in the objectives of the work, the references that have influenced it, the idea, the sketches, etc. . On the other, we will focus on the development phase of the project, addressing issues related to the graphic and literary and process methodology, the connection between text and image, character analysis, analysis of artwork, etc. and with the related editorial design and layout of the book, the development of a logo and the bookbinding among other issues

[ES] El presente trabajo titulado Nieve Negra , consiste en la elaboración de un libro ilustrado completo, incluyendo la creación de la historia, de las ilustra - ciones, trabajadas en base al texto, y del tratamiento posterior relacionado con el diseño editorial. Por lo tanto, es un trabajo que trata de conseguir un resultado acabado y profesional, enfocado al mundo editorial, y donde poder plasmar algunas de las habilidades y de los recursos adquiridos durante los cuatro años de carrera en Bellas Artes. La memoria del proyecto está constituida por dos bloques principales: por un lado, hablaremos de la fase previa a la producción, incidiendo lo que res - pecta a los objetivos del trabajo, los referentes que han influido en el mismo, la idea, los bocetos, etc. Por otro, nos centraremos en la fase de elabora - ción del proyecto, tratando temas relacionados con la parte gráfica y literaria como la metodología de proceso, la relación entre texto e imagen, análisis de los personajes, análisis de las ilustraciones, etc. y con la fase relacionada con el diseño editorial como la maquetación del libro, la elaboración de un logo y la encuadernación entre otras cuestiones
