AMOR EN ABIERTO: ILUSTRACIONES

Abstract

[EN] The aim of this Degree’s Final Project has been the making of ten pictorial works devoted to different types and situations related to the issue of ‘love’, works in which the Mythological character Cupid has a main role, for he interacts with the other characters while he also reacts in different ways depending on t he situation. Each piece of artwork is shown with a critical background and humorous nuances. The whole o f the artwork, titled ‘Amor en A bierto: Ilustraciones’ (‘Love in Open: Illustrations’), deals with a generic theme that provides a wide range of ways of interpretation. Each piece could be read differently, leaving the spectator’s imagination open, as well as their own word associations depending on their knowledge and personal experiences in the fields of love and emotions. Based on the aforementioned series of pictorial works, the aim was to print them in order to sell them through the Internet and get a bigger repercussion and accessibility for the interested buyers. Furthermore, the original works will be exhibited in art galleries and cultural centers with the title of the project

[ES] El objetivo de este Proyecto Final de Grado ha sido la realización de 10 obras pictóricas dedicadas a diferentes tipos y situaciones relacionadas con “el amor”, representaciones donde l a presencia del personaje mitológico Cupido tien e una gran importancia, ya que é ste interactúa con los personajes y a la vez reacciona de formas diferentes según cada situación. Cada pieza se presenta dotada de un trasfondo crítico y toques humorísticos. El conjunto de obras, titulado “Amor en Abierto: Ilustraciones”, trata un tema genérico que puede ofrecer una infinita variedad de modos de interpretación. Cada pieza puede tener diversas lecturas, dejando abierta la imaginación del espectador y la asociac ión de elementos según sus conocimientos y experiencias personales dentro del ámbito amoroso y sentimental. A partir de dicha serie de obras pictóricas se pretende realizar láminas impresas, con el fin de venderlas a través de Internet para conseguir una mayor repercusión y accesibilidad hacia el público interesado. Además, las obras originales serán usadas con finalidad expositiva en galerías y espacios culturales bajo el título del proyecto
