Family housing developement in Monasterios

[EN] The object of this work is to create a project from scratch where all the skills related to construction and design are developed. The edification typology is typical from the Mediterraneo, divided in courtyards where the ventilation is one of the main things. The Monasteries house is situated in a residential area, in the municipality of Puzol. The plot is in an elevated position which descends from the hillside to the sea. Occupies a total surface of 1399 m2. Lies on the east with Espartar Street and in the south with Penyes de Guaita. The other two parts border on two different sites.
