dc.description.abstract | As part of my internship, I worked in a consulting firm called APSIA that I will present in this document, as well as the all the important parts present at my internship. I spent the last six months at the building of the APSIA’s client(BUSHNELL) in company of the team of 5 people from APSIA for stabilization, support and local projects tasks related to the ERP system installed in 2012 and managed by a HelpDesk system. I came to participate more in the technical aspect of these tasks, but finally I also had the opportunity to help the team members in stabilization tasks, which allowed me to better understand how the ERP system works. At BUSHNELL, I worked mainly in the support part because it was the party with more tickets, but periodically I helped my colleagues with tasks (of any type) providing my technical part in the aspects in which they were lower or to help with the workload. However, I always had help every time I did not know how to continue in one of my tasks. They got the woman to show me little bit of all the different aspects of work and home BUSHNELL also like dealing with users or like driving a meeting to get the information needed for the project or task. Finally, they are happy with my work according to my discussions with my manager. I am also happy to know that I had the opportunity to participate in the development of tools that make the job at BUSHNELL becomes more efficient and easier for users. | es_ES |
