dc.description.abstract | A compact twist to connect a ridge-gap waveguide and a groove-gap waveguide in the Ka-band is presented. Measured insertion loss for a single twist is around 0.5 dB between 37.5 and 39 GHz. Return loss for a double twist is better than 12 dB in the same frequency range. (c) 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
