La evolución de la gestión cultural de festivales teatrales en Grecia

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and compare the theatrical management models of the Festivals "Great Dionysus" of the 5th century BC and "The Heleno Festival that currently organize a Festival in Greece.In this research has been used sources such as: texts of classical works, scientific works, review of related articles, as well as other bibliography.In addition as main methodology has been done an interview with the organism that organizes the festival currently. With this research will be given visibility to two models of management of the same product and will see if exists a common thread in what we call Cultural Management.It will analyze what points have in common, what has changed and what remains intact in the management of theatrical festivals in Greece The theoretical framework of this work will mainly be of a historical nature, starting with the management of the fifth century B.C, and also will be elaborated an analysis of the model of the current festival. In addition, an investigation will be carried out of the cultural organization that carries out this management, using marketing tools and cultural planning.

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar y comparar los modelos de gestión teatral de los Festivales El Gran Dioniso" del siglo V a.C. y El Festival Heleno , siendo este ultimo el más actual. Se pretende investigar y relacionar ambos modelos gestión. Para la investigación se han utilizado fuentes como: textos de obras clásicas, trabajos científicos, revisión de artículos relacionados, así como demás bibliografía. Además como metodología principal se ha realizado una entrevista con el organismo que organiza el festival actualmente. De este modo se dará constancia y visibilidad a dos modelos de gestión de un mismo producto y se verá si existe un hilo conductor en lo que llamamos Gestión Cultural. Se analizará qué puntos tienen en común, qué ha cambiado y qué sigue intacto en la gestión de los festivales teatrales en Grecia. El marco teórico de este trabajo tendrá principalmente un carácter histórico, empezando por la gestión del siglo V a.C., y posteriormente se incidirá en el análisis del modelo del festival actual. Además se realizará una investigación en el organismo cultural que lleva acabo dicha gestión, utilizando herramientas de marketing y de planificación cultural.
