Estudio de Eficiencia Energética de un centro deportivo en el barrio de Malilla (Valencia). Propuesta y análisis de mejoras

Abstract

The Malilla's neighbourhood sports centre is the sports complex case of study, located in Valencia. The above mentioned centre possesses the room of receipt, multipurpose rooms and the gymnasium zone and wardrobes in both floors of the building. The information of the same one, contributed by the Sports Municipal Foundation of Valencia, has been analysed in order to obtain the energetic label of the centre, departing from the base of the original building.

The above mentioned label has been obtained by means of two programs enabled for the accomplishment of energetic certificates, the CE3X, which treats itself about a tool simplified of certifications, and the Leader - Calener, with which the fulfilment is obtained, besides the label, or not of the building base of the Technical Code of the Building (CTE) by means of a previous modelling of the sports centre.

After the obtaining of the certificate of energy efficiency, it has been considered to be a series of improvements in the building, of which, a study of viability has been realized, verifying if, for a certain time of useful life of the elements of improvement, it is profitable to carry out them bearing the possible economic saving in mind annual total.

The above mentioned improvements have centred on the renewable energies, with the aim to reduce, as far as possible, the CO2 emissions of the center.

Finally, there is included a budget of the costs of the introduction of the improvements, counting the used materials, the necessary workforce or the cost of the previous studies realized to be carried out.

El polideportivo de Malilla es el complejo deportivo caso de estudio, situado en Valencia en el barrio de Malilla. Dicho centro cuenta con la sala de recepción, salas polivalentes y la zona del gimnasio y vestuarios en ambos pisos del edificio. Los datos del mismo, aportados por la Fundación Deportiva Municipal de Valencia, han sido analizados con el fin de obtener la etiqueta energética del centro, partiendo de la base del edificio original.

Dicha etiqueta ha sido obtenida mediante dos programas habilitados para la realización de certificados energéticos, el CE3X, que se trata de una herramienta simplificada de certificaciones, y el Lider - Calener, con el que se obtiene, además de la etiqueta, el cumplimiento o no del edificio base del Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) mediante una modelación previa del centro deportivo.

Tras la obtención del certificado de eficiencia energética, se ha considerado una serie de mejoras en el edificio, de las cuales, se ha realizado un estudio de viabilidad, comprobando si, para un cierto tiempo de vida útil de los elementos de mejora, es rentable llevarlas a cabo teniendo en cuenta el posible ahorro económico total anual.

Dichas mejoras se han centrado en las energías renovables, con el objetivo de disminuir, en la medida de lo posible, las emisiones del CO2 del centro.

Por último, se incluye un presupuesto de los costes de la introducción de las mejoras, contando los materiales utilizados, la mano de obra necesaria o el coste de los estudios previos realizados para ser llevadas a cabo.
