ANÁLISIS DE DEFECTOS EN UNA EMPRESA DEDICADA A LA FABRICACIÓN DE TUBOS DE ESCAPE PARA LA MEJORA DE LA PRODUCCIÓN

Abstract

[ES] El propósito que persigue este trabajo, consiste en realizar un análisis detallado sobre una problemática surgida a inicios del año vigente en una empresa de primer nivel en el sector de la automoción. Dicha empresa está dedicada a la manufactura por soldadura de tubos de escape en su conjunto final. En este caso, se centrará la atención en dos piezas situadas en la parte trasera del conjunto, y que además es la única zona visible en el vehículo.

El problema en cuestión estriba, en la calidad insuficiente de la parte visible de embellecedores de color negro. Esta falta de calidad para el cliente, resulta de la aparición de marcas y picadas en dichos embellecedores.

Ante esto, se realizará una alerta de producción, consistente en el chequeo diario de todas las piezas fabricadas para asegurar los envíos. Además, se llevarán a cabo distintas metodologías de resolución de problemas y mejora continua para la obtención de las posibles causas del problema y así, detección de la causa raíz. Tras este análisis previo, se empezarán a plantear acciones y posibles soluciones, para que el problema se vaya reduciendo y se pueda conseguir el objetivo final de extinguir el problema.

[EN] The purpose of this work is to perform a detailed analysis of a problem that arose at the beginning of the current year in a first level company in the automotive sector. This company is dedicated to the manufacture by welding of exhaust pipes in its final assembly. In this case, attention will be focused on two pieces located at the rear of the set, which is also the only visible area in the vehicle.

The problem in question lies in the insufficient quality of the visible part of black tail tip. This lack of quality for the customer, results from the appearance of marks and bites in these trim.

Before this, a production alert will be made, consisting of the daily check of all the pieces manufactured to secure the shipments. In addition, different methodologies of problem solving and continuous improvement will be carried out to obtain the possible causes of the problem and thus, root cause detection. After this preliminary analysis, actions and possible solutions will be started, so that the problem is reduced and the final objective of extinguishing the problem can be achieved.
