SÍMBOLOS Y MÁSCARAS: EL YO AUTORREFERENCIAL. LA REPRESENTACIÓN DEL YO A TRAVÉS DE LA PINTURA

Abstract

My pictorial production is born of the overall environment and life experience,the need to reflect on the admittance elements of reality and its relationship with the inner self. Thus project a situational map where the collective and popular imagery is now adopting a new discourse through contact with the Visual Poetics, the thinking exercise and gesture. What I put in the image establishes a relationship between it and build the narrative of the individual, It distorts and is represented by the fiction to recompose and show as it exists, as I would like to be.

Mi producción pictórica nace del entorno general y de la experiencia vital, de la necesidad de reflexionar sobre los elementos conformantes de la realidad y su relación con el yo interior. Así proyecto un mapa situacional dónde la imaginería popular y colectiva se descontextualiza adoptando un nuevo discurso a través del contacto con las poéticas visuales, el ejercicio pensante y el gesto. Los elementos que sitúo en la imagen establecen una relación entre sí y construyen la narración del individuo, que se desfigura y se representa mediante la ficción para recomponerse y mostrarse tal y como existe, tal y como le desearía existir.
