dc.description.abstract [EN] Network governance is described as a framework of policies and business rules, which is applied to manage an extended organization. Risk mitigation is crucial to avoid disruptions. A early warning systems could help to avoid these risk. In the paper a framework ro risk management using an early warning systems is presented. es_ES
