LA INFORMIDAD DEL OBJETO, MATERIALIZACIONES A PARTIR DE LO ABYECTO

Abstract

La deformidad del objeto, materializaciones a partir de lo abyecto, es un Trabajo de Fin de Máster que trata de manera escultórica, fotográfica e instalativa la incapacidad del individuo para asimilar aquello que no hace referencia a nada en concreto; habla de lo informe partiendo de un conjunto de formas orgánicas que inquieta y a la vez fascina. Las obras producidas están realizadas con nylon y miraguano, entre otros materiales como el pelo o el aluminio, plantean una indeterminación del objeto y abocan al público a la confusión a través de esta clásica representación de lo abyecto.

Los conceptos principalmente tratados ¿lo informe y lo abyecto- son aquí contextualizados en un entorno hostilmente médico que atribuye una nueva definición de la abyección en nuestra línea de investigación. Los proyectos que aquí se exponen están respaldados por una argumentación teórica que ajusta y acota los objetivos propuestos, la cual secunda nuevas líneas de investigación.

The shapelessness of the Object, materializing from the abject, is a master ¿s Thesis which deals with the inability by individuals to assimilate things that make no reference to anything specific through sculptures, photographs and installations; It discusses the shapeless, based on a number of organic shapes that cause concern whilst at the same time are fascinating. These pieces of work made in nylon and silicone coated hollow fibre, among other materials like hair or aluminium, put forward indetermination of the object and cause confusion in the public through this classical expressions of abjection, the shapelessness of objects.

The mostly treated concepts on this project are the abject and the shapelessness, which are contextualized in a hostile medical environment. This attributes a new field of research in our work direction. The projects presented here are supported by a theoretical argument that limits the proposed objectives, which at the same time gives rise to new projects and contexts.
