Intra-plot variability of thr vineyard in the Priorat region (Spain). a documentary analysis

Abstract

[EN] Each vine in a plot has particular vigor and depends on several factors such type of rootstock, soil properties, water and nutritional status of the plant. The grape quality produced by different vineyards vigor is heterogeneous (working conventionally area) which creates a general loss of quality of the harvest. So managing the heterogeneity of the effect in a plot represents a particular interest in increasing the quality of the harvest and the maximum qualitative expression of a plot. This work clearly shows that the technique of effective management of the vineyard Mas Martinet Assessoraments is able to effectively master the intra-plot variability in the length of vine shoots and grape quality in a parcel.
