[EN] At the second International Habitat Summit of Latin America and the Caribbean 2023, the need to accelerate compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was raised in the face of the high risk of non-compliance with the 2030 Agenda. In this swing between utopia and reality , the growing vulnerability of sustainability is observed in the landscapes of heritage value of the Argentine central Andean valleys (VAC). Given this, we analyze how the heritage dimension of the landscape, by relating perceptual, material and historical aspects through management, is transformed into a potential accelerator of SDGs, with the particularity that public heritage with circulation routes as articulators, contribute to the link between the landscape and the design of sustainable development strategies. To do this, we apply a qualitative interdisciplinary methodology in a heritage key from the Observatory and heritage laboratory of the cultural landscape of the (VAC) CONICET - FAUD UNSJ.

La preservación digital sostenible - PPREDIS como herramienta para garantizar la protección y accesibilidad del patrimonio cultural documental

[EN] Once the health emergency took place, the use of technological tools accelerated, producing an exponential growth of digital documents, which were created without taking into account storage criteria, leaving aside the security of the information in its authenticity, veracity, integrity and reliability. Consequently, technological tools became a necessity to communicate in each of the areas of human life, increasing the use of energy and the Internet, all of this against adequate sustainability. Faced with this reality, this proposal seeks to maintain or reduce the energy footprint generated by the use of technology applied to long-term preservation, and thus contribute to a green internet, reducing energy pollution without neglecting document management, such as tool for compliance with the rules of transparency and access to information. Through a qualitative approach of a comparative descriptive type, under the documentary research method, it is sought that its scope of application are content analysis techniques and finally, use an analysis matrix as an instrument for the scope of the proposed results through the analysis of sustainable digital preservation from Colombian regulations and legislation and thus compare good practices in order to apply in the proposal the requirements of Colombian legislation and regulations towards sustainable digital preservation.

Políticas culturales interjurisdiccionales. El caso del Instituto Unzué de Mar del Plata, Argentina, (2007 2015)

[EN] The article analyzes the cultural policies implemented between 2007 and 2015 in relation to the Saturnino Unzué Institute of Mar del Plata, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, highlighting state intervention and interjurisdictional collaboration in its preservation and refunctionalization. The actions of various actors are studied, highlighting the need for more comprehensive and sustainable policies to guarantee the conservation of this cultural heritage. The work highlights the importance of joint interventions to keep alive this emblematic space, which continues to be an active and significant cultural center for the local, provincial and national community.

Ritualidad zoque, símbolos y significaciones: La Pesca de la Sardina Ciega, patrimonio intangible de México

[EN] The aim of this study is to analyse the safeguarding and interpretation of the Zoque ritual of the fishing of the blind sardine as intangible cultural heritage. This study used an exploratory-descriptive qualitative methodology with a cross-sectional scope. It is proposed that the collection and analysis of information from the Safeguarding Plan model (UNESCO 2014) for the recording and interpretation of the ritual for which four categories of analysis were constructed. The collection techniques used were the semi-structured interview and non-participant observation. The unit of analysis is the subject who participates in the ritual as an executor of the ritual, which is why it was called the bearer of the intangible heritage for this study. Twelve interviews were conducted with heritage bearers whose characteristic was to be part of the ritual and the community. It was identified that the intangible heritage bearers are of different ages, there are young and old, which forms a generational preservation strategy. They have an empirical knowledge of the ritual inherited from their ancestors, but they do not know with certainty the history of the Zoque people and the ritual. The ritual is performed from the church to the cave on Palm Sunday. It is suggested that music and dance workshops for the children and young people of the Tapijulapa community be held throughout the year in order to form new cadres for the ritual.

Inti Raymi del pueblo Cañari

[EN] This article narrates the different artistic interventions of the members belonging to the indigenous communities of the Cañari culture developed in the festivity of Inti Raymi of the Cañari people, where different cultural elements that are part of the experience such as music, dance, agriculture; as well as the collective imaginary expressed by the Cañari indigenous leaders are made visible. The research method used is qualitative; exploratory scope and micro ethnographic design. The results show the importance of the vindication and conservation of indigenous ancestral traditions as well as the importance of protecting the different expressions through the recognition of invaluable cultural heritage.

Impacto de la educación a distancia en la sensibilización cultural de los estudiantes

[EN] This study examined the impact of distance education on the cultural sensitivity of university students. Focusing on the inclusion of multicultural materials and online collaboration, a positive transformation in intercultural perception was identified. The crucial role of the educator was highlighted in this process. Despite positive results, challenges such as a lack of face-to-face interaction and language barriers were identified. The unique contribution lies in consolidating research in a previously underexplored area. Future research should address strategies to overcome challenges and adapt pedagogical approaches. This study provides valuable insights into the field of distance education and intercultural training, offering practical insights and establishing a foundation for future research.

Dimensiones constitutivas del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial. Aproximaciones desde la propuesta de la UNESCO

[EN] Intangible cultural heritage has a unique function, containing exposure and/or expressions that have highly symbolic essence for communities, being deployed through areas as broad as performing arts, social practices, rituals, celebrations and traditional knowledge. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has taken on the task of studying and positioning better ways to understand the development of this heritage, proposing that there are four essential aspects , which we call dimensions, those are: 1 ) Traditional, contemporary and living at the same time, 2) Integrative, 3) Representative 4) Based on the community, in this article the development of this we will dig into a theoretical deepening of each of these dimensions to expand this panorama and improve in their understanding, with a view to create best treatment practices, in addition to reflect on personal actions.

Descubriendo la Esencia y significado del Patrimonio Mueble de Ibagué. Tolima

[EN] The movable heritage of Ibagué constitutes a cultural value that reflects the history and identity of its population. The research focuses on a reflexive analysis of the connection between the community and its movable heritage. It seeks to understand the symbolic value they have for its inhabitants. The research work was carried out using a qualitative approach, which was based on surveys to explore the meaning and impact of the theme on local identity. The results revealed that monuments are tangible witnesses of the past, facilitating the connection between different urban historical stages. However, due to social uprooting, scarce sense of identity and belonging, these monuments have experienced a progressive deterioration. Therefore, we seek to promote a reflection on the cultural value of monuments in the community of Ibague.
