This new model is based, not only on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, but in the acquisition of cross-cutting skills which are a set of knowledge, skills and attitudes common to all professional profiles. The competency-based curriculum is the currently most demanded by the companies. This Project seeks several aims. On the one hand, to know which of this skills are the most required by the business environment. And on the other hand, which are acquired by the graduate and which are given by the teachers. Through a survey system to this agents involved (teachers, graduates and organizations) it aims to know the transversality of the educational model and to determine if the current study plans weighted these skills in the same way that the industrial environment. Additionally, it should be shown that the needs of the companies and the teaching given go back down the route and don't differ on their interests. In order to focus the project, just one degree of the Universitat Politècnica de València is considered. The degree analyzed is Aeronautical Engineering, recently changed to Aerospace Engineering Degree. The results of the survey to the graduates in Aeronautical Engineering, the companies which accept them and the teachers means to be the subject of study and analysis in this project. Regarding to the conclusions of this report, they should conclude and determine that the given, learned and required skills are equal. Also, they have to be appreciated by the three agents in a similar way.
