La regularización de las edificaciones aisladas en suelo no urbanizable. Especial atención a la Ley valenciana 1/2019 de 5 de febrero

[EN] The article analyzes the urban situation of isolated buildings in undeveloped land countryside, especially in the Autonomous Community of Valencia. It studies different regularisation procedures according to land classification as well as its collective implementation to some buildings through a Special Plan of reduction of Territorial Impacts or via individual procedure if affecting isolated buildings. Advantages and disadvantages of every procedures are examined in view essentially of experiences and precedences in other Autonomous Communities

[EN] The article realises an analysis on the urban situation that present the edificaciones isolated in the countrsyde in the Valencian Region. They determine the distinct procedures of regularisation, according to the classification of the land in which they find as well as his application of collective form to several real estates through a Special Plan of reduction of Territorial Impacts or the individual procedure if it affects to edificaciones isolated. To finalise regulate the advantages and problems of each one of the processes based fundamentally in the experiences and precedents of other autonomous Communities
