Estudio vivienda prefabricada con el sistema constructivo Steel Framing

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo a desarrollar pertenece a la modalidad de estudio de un sistema constructivo. Trata sobre la comparativa entre el sistema constructivo tradicional y un sistema constructivo prefabricado. El estudio de la vivienda a realizar esta situada en la población de Oliva. Con este estudio se busca la integración del sistema prefabricado en la sociedad, demostrando que las calidades son iguales o mejores a las de la construcción tradicional. En primer lugar, hacemos una breve reseña a la prefabricación en varios países y en especial en España. En segundo lugar, hacemos un estudio del sistema constructivo Steel Frame, un sistema de construcción industrializada. En tercer lugar, empezamos con el caso práctico y hacemos un estudio de una vivienda ubicada en Oliva construida con un sistema prefabricado, en especial con el Steel Frame. Para finalizar, junto al caso práctico se adjuntarán detalles constructivos, planos y vistas de la vivienda. También se aportará documentación importante.

[EN] The work to be developed belongs to the modality of study of a constructive system. It deals with the comparison between the traditional constructive system and a prefabricated constructive system. The housing study is located in the village of Oliva. This study seeks to integrate the prefabricated system into society, demonstrating that the qualities are equal or better than those of the traditional construction. First of all, we give a brief overview of prefabrication in several countries and especially in Spain. Secondly, we are studying the Steel Frame construction system, an industrialized construction system. Thirdly, we start with the case study and make a study of a house located in Oliva built with a prefabricated system, especially with the Steel Frame. To conclude, together with the case study will be attached constructive details, plans and views of the house. Important documentation will also be provided.
