Proyecto de implantación de Kanban en la fabricación y aprovisionamiento de piezas cromadas en SRG

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se presenta y analiza el sistema de aprovisionamiento y productivo de la empresa SRG Global, con sede en Liria, y se recogen los cambios producidos y la evolución de dichos sistemas durante la implantación del sistema Kanban. Para establecer dicho sistema es necesario realizar un estudio de la cadena de suministro de piezas, así como de las distintas referencias que se trabajan en la empresa y clasificarlas de acuerdo a su demanda, valor y rotación, para poder establecer unos niveles de inventario óptimos que permitan el buen funcionamiento de la estructura Kanban. Este sistema se implantará en distintas fases para ir evaluando su funcionamiento y detectar fallos y oportunidades de mejora.

[EN] This project presents and analyses both provisioning and production systems of the company SRG Global, based in Liria, and collects the changes produced and the evolution of these systems during the implantation of the Kanban system. To establish this system, it is necessary to carry out a study of the supply chain of parts, as well as of the different references that are worked in the company and classify them according to their demand, value and rotation, to be able to establish some levels of optimal inventory to enable the proper function of the Kanban structure. This system will be implemented in different phases to evaluate its operation and detect failures and opportunities for its improvement.
