Arte Acción / Su diversidad artística y reflexiva

Abstract

[EN] In this paper, the similarities and differences identified about the way some artists and performance researchers conceive the concepts of body, space and time are set. The information discussed in the text is the result of the analysis of 13 interviews conducted between 2009 and 2013, focused on the topic. This analysis revealed a heterogeneity of positions in which, precisely, lies the richness of an expanding field: art action. The article retrieves relevant aspects of the author M.A. final thesis work Body, space and time in art action; an approach to the ideas and work of some theorists and artists in this medium of expression, whose defense took place in 2013 at the Faculty of Arts and Design at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

[ES] En el presente artículo se exponen las similitudes y diferencias identificadas acerca de la manera sobre cómo algunos artistas e investigadores del arte acción conciben los conceptos cuerpo, espacio y tiempo. La información que se expone es resultado del análisis de 13 entrevistas realizadas del 2009 al 2013, centradas en el tema. Dicho análisis puso de manifiesto una heterogeneidad de posturas en la cual reside la riqueza del arte acción. El artículo recupera aspectos relevantes de la tesis de Maestría Cuerpo, espacio y tiempo en el arte acción. Un acercamiento a las ideas y la obra de algunos teóricos y artistas en este medio de expresión, cuya defensa tuvo lugar en 2013 en la Facultad de Artes y Diseño de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
