Estudio de rehabilitación y acondicionamiento acústico del Centro Instructivo de Arte y Cultura 'CIAC', en La Vall de Uxó (Castellón)

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo presentado se basa en el acondicionamiento acústico de un edificio existente dedicado a una escuela de música de 48 años de antigüedad en la población de La Vall d’Uixó (Castellón). Mediante el estudio a realizar se busca la optimización del espacio y el mejor aprovechamiento del local a través de la redistribución de sus espacios, dividiéndolos en aulas y espacios de ensayo, y realizando un acondicionamiento acústico para mejorar el desarrollo de la actividad docente. Dado el carácter cultural del edificio, se requiere un elevado aislamiento acústico tanto en fachadas y medianeras, como en la tabiquería interior separadora entre aulas musicales y espacios de diferentes usos. El contenido del estudio se compondrá de un análisis del estado actual del edificio, se elaborará un programa de necesidades y se propondrá una nueva distribución de espacios y una solución constructiva enfocada al aislamiento acústico. Todo ello analizando y aplicando la normativa reguladora correspondiente. Se estudiará la viabilidad económica del proyecto, mediante la elaboración de un presupuesto de obra, así como el estudio básico de seguridad y salud, programa de calidad y programación de la obra.

[EN] The presented study is based on the acoustic refurbishment of an existing building of a 48-year-old school of music located in the small town of Vall d'Uxó (Castellón). The main purpose of this study is the optimization of space through the redistribution of different areas including classrooms and practice rooms, and also, an acoustic remodelling to improve the development of the educational activity. The cultural feature of the building requires a high acoustic isolation in dividing walls and spaces of different uses or buildings. The content of the study will consist of an analysis of the current conditions of the building, together with a proposal of a plan of its needs, a different distribution of spaces and a new and improved constructive solution in order to improve acoustic insulation. The above-mentioned analysis will be carried out by examining and applying the relevant regulations. The study will also take a close look to the economic viability of the project through a cost estimation, a safety and health evaluation and the draft of a plan that ensures the needful resources and a high quality.
