Análisis de las posibilidades de mejora de la calificación energética de un edificio en base a cambios en envolvente e instalaciones

[ES] Partiendo de un edificio real de reciente construcción, se pretende analizar sus características actuales en relación con la calificación energética y proponer (analizándolas) distintas modificaciones (sobre lo existente o a nivel proyectual) para obtener mejor calificación, actuando sobre la envolvente térmica o las instalaciones de climatización y producción de agua caliente sanitaria.

[EN] This Bachelor's Thesis intends to analyse the characteristics of a building of recent construction with regard to its energy rating, After a deep analysis of both the building project and the existing building, some modifications are proposed in order to get a better energy rating. Improvements have an impact on the thermal envelope, air conditioning system and hot water facilities.
