Abstract

[ES] Con el aumento de la calidad de vida en nuestra sociedad, se ha vuelto cada vez más necesario crear espacios donde se pueda brindar atención integral a las personas mayores. Esto incluye proporcionarles acceso a todas las necesidades básicas que permitan la recuperación y el mantenimiento del mayor grado posible de su autonomía y autoestima personal y social. Estas dotaciones son, básicamente, centros para personas mayores. El objetivo principal es crear una infraestructura en Tavernes Blanques que esté adecuadamente equipada y diseñada para garantizar el bienestar y la seguridad de sus usuarios, mejorando su bienestar físico y mental, al tiempo que se asegura su seguridad. Por lo tanto, las diferentes salas y espacios exteriores del centro han sido diseñados para facilitar el desarrollo de las actividades diarias de sus residentes, así como otros tipos de actividades (recreativas, rehabilitadoras, etc.) que promueven la interacción y la comunicación entre los usuarios. Las diferentes áreas de la residencia, así como el mobiliario, los pasillos y otras comodidades, han sido diseñados para facilitar su uso y eliminar cualquier posible barrera arquitectónica.

Therefore, the different rooms and outdoor spaces of the center have been designed to facilitate the development of the daily activities of its residents, as well as other types of activities (recreational, rehabilitative, etc.) that promote interaction and communication between users. The different areas of the residence, as well as the furniture, corridors and other amenities, have been designed to facilitate their use and eliminate any possible architectural barriers.
