The improvement of production distribution system of Suplet Co. Ltd

[EN] Due to globalization and work specialization, enterprise interactions are becoming more frequent and complicated. As a result, enterprise organizations are trying to enhance competence by seeking effective ways to integrate resources with the demand for information exchange. Chinese economy grew up so fast recently and, sometimes, this growing does not match with logistical improvements in Chinese companies supply chain management, which mostly stayed behind without implementing technological solutions such as RFID. Along this paper it is studied the real case of a Suplet Co. LTD, a Chinese company manufacturer of electronic devices. It will be studied the logistic system of this company and also there will be proposed some solutions to some of the problems they have in different parts of the logistics system.
