Estudio y análisis de lesiones en fachadas del distrito de la Zaidía

Abstract

[ES] El presente proyecto consiste en parte de un estudio que se ha realizado entre 10 alumnos. Este trata de analizar y estudiar el estado actual de determinadas fachadas ubicadas en una zona concreta de la ciudad de Valencia, para ello comenzamos estudiando el marco histórico al cual pertenecen los edificios, y la forma en que la ciudad de Valencia ha ido evolucionando en diferentes aspectos durante los años. Primero realizaremos el trabajo de campo de toma de datos de los edificios. A continuación, se realizará la corrección fotográfica y se rellenarán las fichas de inspección y se realizarán los correspondientes mapeos, en ellos se marcarán los tipos de lesiones. Se procederá a la realización de las fichas de lesiones, donde analizaremos sus causas y la mejor forma de repararlas, con su correspondiente presupuesto. Una de las cosas más importantes es conocer qué tipo de lesiones se producen, el motivo por el que aparecen y como poder repararlas, ya que es importante concienciarnos de la importancia de mantener nuestro patrimonio, ya que éste transmite la personalidad de la ciudad.

[EN] The present project consists partly of a study that has been realized between 10 students. This one tries to analyze and study the current state of certain fronts located in a concrete area of the city of Valencia. This starts by studying the historical frame which the buildings belong to, and the way that the city of Valencia has been evolving in different aspects during the years. First, we make a data collection of the buildings. Next, we do the Photographic correction and we fill the buildings inspection files and we do the mapping of the facades, were we reflect the injures. We proceed to make the injury sheets, were we analyze the causes, the best way of intervention on them, and we include its corresponding Budget. One of the most important things is to recognize the type of injury, the reason why they appear and how to repair them. Because one of the most important things is to maintenance our patrimony, because transmits the personality of the city.
