Proyecto básico de rehabilitación de edificio plurifamiliar en Castellón y estudio de mercado para venta o alquiler

Abstract

[ES] Dada la cantidad de construcciones de edificios plurifamiliares sin habitar, se propone un edificio en el centro de Castellón para el trabajo de fin de grado. Se presenta como propuesta la ejecución de un proyecto básico de rehabilitación de viviendas según sus objetivos mínimos en funcionalidad y habitabilidad. Y se estudia los costes a tener en cuenta en una promoción para analizar el mercado para su venta o alquiler referente a los servicios locales, escuelas y confort de la geografía del edificio.

[EN] Given the number of residential buildings constructions without dwelling, proposes a building in the center of Castellón for the end of degree work. It is presented as proposed the execution of a project of rehabilitation of houses according to their minimum objectives in functionality and habitability. And explores the costs to consider in a promotion to analyze the market for sale or rent to local services, schools and comfort of the geography of the building.
