Patrimonio del siglo XX. Estudio previo de edificios construidos en la Comunidad Valenciana. Edificio Vizcaíno

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado aborda el estudio y análisis del patrimonio del siglo XX de edificios construidos en la Comunidad Valenciana, en este caso me centraré en el estudio del Edificio Vizcaíno. El Edificio Vizcaíno ubicado en la Calle Ribera 3, Calle Horneros y Paseo Ruzafa 4, presenta reminiscencias ornamentales de arte decó y texturas en rehundidos de ladrillo basado en el expresionismo alemán y la arquitectura naval, por lo que se debe entender dentro del proceso de evolución hacia el lenguaje de la modernidad. Muchas de las cualidades del edificio nos hacen pensar que el autor disponía de novedades arquitectónicas que se estaban produciendo alrededor del mundo y serán objeto de estudio junto a las características tipológicas, condicionantes del entorno, caracterización de materiales, sistema constructivo, estado de conservación y su evolución estructural así como la normativa actual vigente que se aplique.

[EN] This Final Degree Project it is explained the study and analysis of the 20th century heritage of buildings built in the Valencian Community, in this case I will focus onthe study of the Vizcaíno Bulding. The Vizcaíno Building located in Ribera Street 3, Horneros Street and Ruzafa Ride 4, introduce ornamental reminiscences af art deco and recessed brick textures based on German expressionism and naval architecture, so it should be understood whirhin the process of evolution towards the language of modernity. Many of the qualities of the building make us think that the author had architectural novelties that were being produced around the world and will be the object of study together whit the typological characteristics, conditions of the environment, characterization of materials, construction system, state of conservation and its structural evolution as well as the current regulations in force that apply.
