Consolidación del edificio histórico del antiguo Centro de Control (ACC) de Paracuellos

Trabajo Fin de Grado en modalidad convenio con empresas

[ES] El objeto de este Trabajo Fin de Grado es el seguimiento de los trabajos que deben realizarse en la rehabilitación del edificio que se denomina histórico en el antiguo Centro de Control de Paracuellos de Jarama. Se trata de adecuar la mayor parte de las dependencias de las plantas primera y segunda del edificio histórico. También se incluyen las actuaciones en la azotea y la cubierta general. La obra no va a afectar a elementos estructurales; aunque sí se va a reparar los desperfectos de pilares, vigas y zunchos afectados por los ensayos destructivos realizados para el informe de estado estructural del forjado de techo de planta baja del Edificio (toma de probetas, ensayo de carbonatación del hormigón, oxidación de armaduras y perfiles de acero laminado, etc.). Los trabajos que van a ejecutaser son los siguientes: demolición y desmontajes, albañilería y revestimientos, carpintería y acabados, exteriores, electricidad y comunicaciones, y, por último, protección contra incendios.

[EN] The purpose of this «Trabajo Fin de Grado» is the monitoring of the works that will be carried out in the remodelling of the building that is called Historic in the former Control Center of Paracuellos de Jarama.The aim is to adequate the main part of the dependencies of the first and second floor of the Historic Building. It also includes the performances in the rooftop and the general cover.The work will not affect the structural elements although the damaged pillars, beams and bands will be repaired since they were affected by the destructive tests made for the structural state report of the forge of the ground floor ceiling (testing of concrete carbonation, oxidation of armour and profiles of rolled steel, and other ​similar things). Works to be executed are the following: demolition and dismantling, building work and coating, carpentry and finishing touch, exterior, electricity and communications and finally fire protection.
