Proyecto básico de carril ciclopeatonal para la conexión Almenara - Platja de L Almardà (Castellón)

Abstract

[ES] La temporada de verano es la época del año en la que más afluencia de vecinos hay en la platja de l'Almardà y su crecimiento avanza con los años. Dado que la necesidad de trasladarse a playas vecinas, como en este caso la de Almenara, es inevitable y cada vez más personas lo hacen a pie o en bicicleta, se propone la conexión de ambos municipios. Para ello se proyectará un carril ciclopeatonal que evitará que los residentes compartan calzada con los turismos, mejorando así la seguridad vial y fomentando el transporte sostenible dentro de las localidades. El trabajo se desarrollará con el nivel de detalle correspondiente a un anteproyecto, y se centrará en el estudio de alternativas de trazado, la definición geométrica del carril bici y sus pavimentos, la señalización y la reposición de servicios afectados.

[EN] The summer season is the time of the year where there is more influx of neighbors in Platja de L'Almardà and it's cotinuously growing throught the years. Since the need to move to nearly beaches, as is the example of Almenaras beach, it's unavoidable and even more people are doing in on foot or even cycling, a connection between both towns is proposed. In this case they Project a bike lane that will prevent residents sharing road with cars, this improving road safety and encouraging the use of a more sustainable means of transport within the neighborhoods. The work will be done with the level of detail corresponding to a blueprint, and will focus on the study of alternative routes, the geometric definition of the bike lane and its pavements, the signaling and the replacements of affected services.
