Cooperation of the group in the knowledge management in the activity of the industrial maintenance

Abstract

[EN] The collaboration towards proper management of knowledge in the maintenance activity, is even more necessary given the characteristics in which it operates, where traditionally working in Islands of knowledge, and the staff works on the basis of the experiences over the years, with a link to the factory to keep important time. This article describes the principles of cooperation of the group for the exchange of information, as well as the General characteristics for generating knowledge in industrial maintenance organization

[ES] La colaboración hacia una adecuada gestión del conocimiento en la actividad de mantenimiento, es aún más necesaria dada las características en que se desenvuelve, donde tradicionalmente se trabaja en islas de conocimiento, y el personal trabaja en base de las experiencias a lo largo de los años, con un tiempo de acoplamiento a la factoría a mantener importante. En este artículo se describen los principios de la cooperación del grupo para el intercambio de información, así como las características generales para una organización generadora de conocimiento en el mantenimiento industrial.
