Rehabilitación en un edificio de carácter no patrimonial : reparación parcial de estructura y restauración de cubierta

Abstract

[EN] Writing project for repair and structural reinforcement of the floors of a residential building . These floors were made with ceramic beams , widely used in the 40s this project is intended to define the necessary measures to strengthen the stability of the building repairing damaged beams and reinforcing that are located in wetlands works. current legislation is studied in the project report regarding restricting the use of steel in construction and type of joist detailed work .

[ES] Redacción de proyecto para reparación y refuerzo estructural de los forjados de un edificio de viviendas. Estos forjados se realizaron con viguetas cerámicas, muy utilizadas en los años 40. Se pretende con este proyecto definir las obras necesarias para consolidar la estabilidad del edificio reparando las viguetas deterioradas y reforzando las que se encuentran ubicadas en zonas húmedas. Se estudia en la memoria del proyecto la normativa vigente en cuanto a restricción del uso de acero en edificación y se detalla el tipo de vigueta de la obra.
