Habilitación de local para Clínica Dental Sanitas

Abstract

[ES] El desarrollo del presente proyecto se centra en la habilitación de un local, para conseguir adaptarlo a las condiciones necesarias para clínica dental. La clínica dental está ubicada en Colmenar Viejo (Madrid). Es un local situado en la planta baja de un edificio, y se encuentra totalmente diáfano. Los condicionantes para la reforma de este local han sido: el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, la ubicación y las exigencias implantadas por el cliente. Así pues, para su desarrollo, el proyecto se estructura en diferentes capítulos como: memoria descriptiva, memoria constructiva, reglamento técnico sanitario, memoria ambiental, cumplimiento del Código Técnico de la Edificación y sus correspondientes anexos. La documentación gráfica utilizada muestra cómo quedaría el local distribuido, indicando las características del inmueble como los tipos de pavimentos, tabiquerías, acabados y techos.

[EN] The development of the present project focuses on the fitting out of a premises, in order to adapt it to the necessary conditions for the start-up of a dental office. The Dental Office is located in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid). The premises is placed on the ground floor of a building and is totally unobstructed. The determining factors considered for the elaboration of the project are: the fulfilment of the current regulation, the location of the premises and the requirements imposed by the client. Thus, for its development, the project is organized in different chapters as: descriptive memory, constructive memory, technical sanitary regulation, environmental memory, fulfilment of The Technical Building Code (TBC) and its corresponding attachments. The graphical documentation shows how the final distribution would stay, indicating the characteristics of the building as the types of pavements, partition walls, finish and roofs.
