Reforma completa de una vivienda tradicional, fecha de construcción 1909, ubicada en la Serranía de Cuenca, Valdemorillo de la Sierra, C/ San Roque nº 5, para uso como segunda residencia

[ES] El presente Trabajo de fin de grado trata sobre el análisis de una vivienda con más de 100 años de antigüedad, y pretende realizar un estudio acerca de los orígenes de ésta con el objetivo de obtener un mayor entendimiento de los sistemas constructivos de la época y el porqué de su uso. Dado que se trata de un sistema de autoconstrucción se intentará hacer un viaje en el tiempo para estudiar las modificaciones que haya sufrido por los distintos propietarios hasta encontrarnos con su estado actual. Una vez hecho esto, se analizarán las lesiones sufridas en la vivienda por el paso natural del tiempo para ver cómo se han visto afectados los materiales. Para concluir, se elabora una propuesta de intervención sobre la vivienda, intentando siempre mantener el carácter tradicional a la vez que se adapta a las nuevas necesidades para las cuales se le quiere dar un nuevo uso, ya no como residencia habitual sino como segunda residencia. Se aportan medidas de consolidación además de la inclusión de las instalaciones necesarias para su mejor aprovechamiento durante todas las estaciones del año.

[EN] The present work of end of grade treats on the analysis of a housing with more than 100 years of antiquity, in which a study will be realized on the origins of the same one looking for a major understanding on the constructive systems of the epoch and the reason of its use, since it is a question of an autoconstruction system one will try to do a trip in the time analyzing the modifications that he has suffered for the different owners up to finding us with the same one in the current state. Once done this will realize an analysis on the injuries that he has suffered for the natural step of the time and as the materials have turned out to be affected to conclude with an intervention proposal on the same one trying to maintain the traditional character but adapting it to the new needs for which it is about to give him a new use, already not like habitual residence if not like the second residence, contributing consolidation measurements in addition to the inclusion of the facilities necessary for its best use during all the seasons.
