Study of performing MRP system in medium size virtual company via ERP software ifs applications

[EN] The objective of this project is to show the integration method of a software based MRP system in a medium sized company engaged in the manufacture of wood products. This is intended to achieve better overall business planning, by reducing inventory size, requesting supplies early enough before they are needed, and to schedule which pieces will be needed to manufacture with sufficient prior notice. The main benefits for the company would be cost savings, better planning with suppliers, and reduced delivery time to costumers.
