Proyecto de reforma integral de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de Edificación (ETSIE), de la Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Actuaciones generales en el edificio 1C

[ES] El objeto del siguiente trabajo es la redacción de un proyecto básico, con toda la documentación exigida por el Código Técnico de la Edificación, para la reforma integral del edificio 1C de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de la Edificación en la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Se realizará, en una primera parte, el estudio y análisis del estado actual del edificio, incluyendo un estudio funcional donde se definirán los recintos agrupándolos en las áreas: docente, profesores, alumnos, dirección-administración y servicios. Además, se realizará una modelización con el programa Archicad de Graphisoft del edificio y sus plantas. Por otra parte, se realizará la propuesta del nuevo programa de necesidades y la reordenación espacial para adaptarla a sus actuales necesidades de ocupación, asumiendo las óptimas soluciones funcionales y cumpliendo los requisitos exigidos por la normativa vigente. Esta parte se ha elaborado entre un grupo de cuatro alumnos, desarrollando cada uno, un área de las anteriormente nombradas y donde se recogen todas estas propuestas en el presente trabajo. Además, se realizará también la modelización virtual del edificio con el programa Archicad de Graphisoft y sus plantas con su nueva distribución.

[EN] The object for this work is the drafting of a basic project, with all documentation required by the Technical Building Code, for comprehensive reform of the building 1C of the School of Building Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. The study and analysis of the current state of the building will be held in the first part, including a functional study where the grouping enclosures are defined areas: teaching, teachers, students, administration-management and services. Besides modelling program with Graphisoft Archicad building and plants it will be held. Moreover, the proposed new program needs and spatial reorganization will be made to suit your current needs of occupation, assuming optimal functional solutions and meeting the requirements of the regulations. This part was drawn from a group of students, each developing an area of the above named and where all these proposals in this paper are collected. In addition, there will also be virtual building modelling with Graphisoft Archicad program and its new distribution plants.
